The Minnesota Genealogical Society is hosting their 2nd Annual Family
History Fair on April 18, 2009 at their new "headquarters"; 1185 N
Concord Street in South St. Paul, MN 55075

It will feature 9 sessions for beginning and advanced genealogists as
well as a lunchtime Q&A session with certified genealogists.

Pre-register by April 14 or day of the event. $20 for members (MGS or
affiliates), $25 non members, lunch $5 ($25 or $30 at the door cash/
check only)

Yours truly is one of the speakers... I will be doing a talk on the
Basics of Swedish Genealogy (with some emphasis on Genline). The
other sessions include 3 on DNA and genealogy, immigration history/
records, getting started with genealogy and Family History Library
among others...

Many of the affiliate groups of MGS (ie Swedish Genealogical Society
of MN etc..) will have tables/booths also.
